- Cremonesi Utensili owned by Gerevini Marina Claudia, which was founded in 1987 and specialises in industrial tools;
- Ag Utensili Snc owned by G Antonelli and A Giampaolo, machining specialists that opened for business in 1986.
The aim of the new company was to offer customers a greater choice of services and an extensive professional range of products for turning, milling and drilling.
